RAeS Greener By Design Specialist Group has launched their annual report, which highlights recent developments within sustainable aviation (electric aviation, batteries, hydrogen, SAF, single aisle aircraft, high-performance engines, fuel economy, hybrid concepts…), and look at the next steps required to continue to work to limit aviation’s environmental impact, which has become increasingly important to policy makers and an increasing challenge to aircraft designers and operators and to atmospheric scientists.
